1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WebVoice, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
WebVoice is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:
- Text-to-Speech (TTS) conversion using AI models
- Speech-to-Text (STT) transcription using AI models
- Credit-based billing system
- API access for integration
3. User Accounts
To use WebVoice, you must:
- Create an account with accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Credit System
WebVoice operates on a credit-based system:
- TTS: 0.5 credits per minute of generated audio
- STT: 0.3 credits per minute of transcribed audio
- Free tier: 100 credits per month (renews monthly)
- Credits can be purchased or obtained through subscriptions
- Credits are non-refundable unless required by law
4.1 Service Limits
To ensure fair usage and system stability, the following limits apply:
Free Tier Limits
- Maximum audio file size for STT: 50.0 MB
- Maximum text length for TTS: 5000 characters
Premium Tier Limits
- Maximum audio file size for STT: 500.0 MB
- Maximum text length for TTS: 50000 characters
Note: Premium tier limits apply only to users with an active subscription. Files or text exceeding these limits will be rejected. Upgrade to premium for higher limits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Generate content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
- Create content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models
- Use automated systems to abuse the service
- Share your API keys with unauthorized parties
6. Intellectual Property
All content generated through WebVoice belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data for service improvement. The WebVoice platform, including AI models and software, remains our intellectual property.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:
- Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Suspend accounts that violate these terms
8. Limitation of Liability
WebVoice is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or content
- Inaccuracies in transcription or generation
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Italian courts.
